The following cases are a few examples of our portfolio works that will give you an overview of our capabilities.

• Advising a Dutch Cleantech company regarding  IP valuations and establishing a international licensing and distribution scheme for innovative ethanol product. With our help the client expanded and secured its patent portfolio, and leveraged the IP rights creating a successful international licensing business.
• Advising an Estonian Cleantech company regarding IP valuations and portfolio development, restructuring of the corporate organization, and fund raising. With our help the client expanded and secured its patent portfolio, restructured its operations, completed a shareholder buy out, raised over 1 million EUR in equity financing and secured R&D partners from Dutch and Belgium. In addition, we raised 1 million EUR grant money from the public development fund.
• Developing and implementing international go-to-market plan and raising public debt and grant money for a Medical Device company. Our hands-on involvement included taking Advisory Board positions, conducting Due Diligence, strategic planning, evaluating product, defining the market, testing customer demand, developing business model and putting it all into practice.
• Advising an Air Carrier company with restructuring, Due Diligence preparations, and preparing the company for sale to an international suitor. With our help the client successfully completed the Due Diligence process and maximized its sales valuation.
