Yrjö Ojasaar, J.D.               


Yrjö OjasaarYrjö Ojasaar has experience sitting on both sides of the executive desk in his role as an attorney, and later also as an entrepreneur in United States and Europe. Yrjö graduated cum laude from University of Virginia and received his Juris Doctorate degree cum laude from University of Minnesota.

In his legal career in the United States his experience includes advising Fortune 500 companies on products liability, commercial law and corporate finance matters.  In Europe Yrjö has worked on several initial public offerings (IPO) on OMX and London’s AIM markets, as well as successfully handled a number of Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) transactions.

Yrjö’s entrepreneurial experience includes serving as the CEO of a Finnish cleantech and advanced optical coatings company, advising US investors regarding financing and structuring projects in Mexico, investing and serving as a Board Member on several other software and technology companies.

 

Rait Ojasaar                         


Rait OjasaarRait Ojasaar is a serial-entrepreneur who has been part of several start-ups both as a founding CEO, investor and advisor. 

Rait graduated from Estonian Business School, where he majored in International Business Administration and specialized in Marketing and Public Relations.

He has successfully founded and and exited two companies, a fuel technology clean-tech company Nordic Biodiesel and  ”ESCAPE”, one of the biggest computer gaming clubs in Baltics. His current active projects include internet games start-up  IronCurtain Entertainment (www.utopia-revolution.com),  iPhone / iPad software design studio Indilo Wireless (www.indilo.com) and medical devices company Myoton(www.myoton.com).

Rait’s specialties include business planning, developing marketing and PR strategies, managing intra company relations, mentoring management and team members, strategic planning, public and private fundraising, brainstorming and solving complex problems.

 

Marius Arras                         

 
Marius ArrasMarius is a serial-entrepreneur with an extensive experience in combining IT solutions with the right business models.

He graduated from Estonian Business School with Bachelor Degree in IT-management and studied IT-management in Master Studies at Tallinn University.

He is the founder of the biggest Baltic Sea ferry tickets reservation system Laevapiletid.ee, and e-invoicing operator Estonian E-Invoicing Center. In addition to his start-up experience, Marius has also worked at Estonian Energy as IT-project manager, at Estonian Post as Business Process Manager and lived for a year in Romania to set-up a branch office for Webmedia - the biggest IT development company in Baltic. 

Marius is currently the CEO of Indilo Wireless (www.indilo.com), an iPhone and iPad application development studio that does custom work for international clients. In addition, Indilo Wireless is developing its own ebook self-publishing service www.publification.com, which enables create and publish multimedia rich e-books to Apple Appstore.

Marius has the unique ability to be able to combine IT expertise with rapid business modeling skill to test and ensure the commercial viability of client’s solutions.

 

Scott Diel                               

Scott Diel 
Scott Diel spent the first part of his career in advertising working for agencies like TBWA New York and Simmons Durham St. Louis. He specialized in premium, image-driven brands like Absolut Vodka, Bombay Sapphire Gin, Grand Marnier, Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey, and Evian water.  Later, he moved to Europe where he managed agency networks for Saatchi & Saatchi, Bates, and DDB. 

For the past nine years, he’s worked as a freelance writer, editor, as well as a strategic branding consultant for clients in Finland and Russia. He publishes in American literary journals and writes regularly for Eesti Ekspress and the American newspaper, The Huffington Post.

He holds a BS from the University of Kansas, an MBA from the Olin School of Business at Washington University, and an MFA from the University of Arkansas. He is married to an Estonian interior designer and lives in Tallinn.

 

Alexander Grover                   

 
Alexander Grover holds an MBA in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from the University of Illinois and possesses eight years of executive-level leadership experience in multinational companies, where he has been in charge of diverse programs and initiatives including process improvement, training, marketing, relationship management, and product development. In his latest position as the Director of Marketing at Trigon Capital, a leading Eastern European investment bank, he planned, implemented and directed corporate marketing and was also responsible for staff training and development programs. 

His Virginia office is strategically located near the Northern Virginia high-tech corridor and Washington D.C.  He can assist companies with US company formation and filing procedures, market research, financial modeling, presentation development, management recruitment and even serve as your temporary Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR). 

His past positions include Six Sigma Project Manager position at Sears Holding Corporation (Hoffman Estates, IL) where he led several teams of line managers to investigate and implement several cost cutting efforts saving Sears well over $5M per annum.

Wireless Technology Project Manager at Ericsson Business Consulting where he led the development of entertainment applications for mobile phones and mobile web browsers.

He also served as a US Navy Intelligence Officer for seven years.
